Mackinac Bridge viewed from over St. Ignace.
Mackinac Bridge is 5 miles long and links Upper with Lower Michigan. Flying by, I wonder about the guys that built the thing. Some had to literally put their lives on the line for a weekly paycheck. Both lakes Michigan and Huron are huge and can be tremendously unforgiving.
