My 'new' 1973 International Harvester Cub Cadet. It's a 149 model that was given to me by my folks. I had a smaller Simplicity tractor that couldn't move the snow nearly as well as this beast does.

For the most part, I use it to plow out my drive (and the neighbor's). I also use it to pull my kids in a 4' x 5' trailer down to one of several nearby parks. It's popular at our annual block party for hauling everyone's picnic tables, grills, and chairs into the street. This past year, I assembled a caravan of three Cub Cadets for the 4th of July parade. Gotta love that, creeping along in the middle of the street with a police escort!

Hydrostatic drive. 14 hp. Hydraulic blade lift. I suppose this is the one lucky 'find' I will have in my lifetime.
